Quality policy as an integral part of company philosophy and strategy
The Profilex-Gentes e.K. Applies to all employees and is the top priority of all action.

The goal is the constant striving to provide our customers with products and services that are developed, planned, produced and checked and / or evaluated by means of secure processes based on a QM system according to DIN EN ISO 9001. Requirements and expectations of all interested parties in the business environment must be clarified in the ongoing dialogue and taken into account when designing the QM system.

The QM system was introduced for the first time on January 6, 2003 and put into effect in a continuous improvement process.

Safety and environmental aspects as well as the protection of natural resources, especially in the field of disposal, are part of quality policy and a goal that is constantly being pursued and optimized.

The basis for the provision of quality services are qualified and motivated employees. The management ensures the appropriate framework and cooperative co-operation. However, material resources, which correspond to the state of the art, are also essential. The management provides these to the extent required.

Profitability must be ensured, as it is the only way to ensure the continuity of the company and thus its jobs.

For this reason, the company management sees its primary task as the promotion of responsibility and quality awareness, the regulation of responsibilities and procedures and the monitoring of their effectiveness.

All employees must know, understand and comply with the system and its objectives with the necessary instructions and regulations.
